The Upscaling Partnership for Organic Agriculture (UPOAg) project is transforming food production systems in Selenge and Darkhan-Uul provinces by building a comprehensive organic agriculture value chain. Working with 40 primary cooperatives and the Selenge Tavan Khairkhan Cooperative Union, UPOAg project strengthens every link in the organic food supply chain from production to market access. The project addresses Mongolia’s growing demand for safe, healthy food while creating sustainable income opportunities for rural farming families.
