NextGen CELEBRATIONS! Mongolia (NCD) Project

To empower Mongolian adolescents ages 12-15 to practice healthy lifestyles leading to lowering their risk for Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs). The focus of this project is to apply the CELEBRATIONS healthy lifestyle approach/tool which will focus on six components: Choices, Exercise, Temperance, Optimism, Nutrition, and Social Support/Mental health.

Upscaling Partnership for Organic Agriculture (UPOAg) Project

The project aims for the primary and union cooperatives of Selenge and Darkhan-Uul provinces to establish a cluster organic supply chain management system from production to marketing to sell their organic and other agricultural and value-added regional products effectively to sustainably improve their livelihoods.

Fine Wool Sheep Breeding Project

This project aims to genetically upgrade the remaining Khangai and Orkhon fine and semi-fine wool sheep through artificial insemination (AI) using high genetic merit Merino and Dohne Merino rams from 5,000 doses of semen, and embryo transfer (ET) from Australia.

In-Their-Shoes (ITS) Project

The yearly In-Their-Shoes (ITS) Project aims to reach out to Ulaanbaatar’s most vulnerable communities and families by distributing essential food items to selected families, as well as winter boots to children aged 6 to 16 from single-headed households.

Climate Adapted Nutrition-Sensitive Agriculture (CANSAP) Project

The goal of the project is to enhance the livelihoods of 225 households through bolstering agricultural productivity and profitability, while simultaneously fostering improved health and resilience within Bugat, Sagsai, and Ulgii districts in Bayan-Ulgii Province.

Pasture Land - Use it Sustainably (PLUS) Project

To improve rural livelihoods and contribute to the sustainable regeneration of communal open range pastures and increased productivity of the land and livestock through applying and using Holistic Pasture Management (HM) techniques.
